2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via www.thesecondbagboutique.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Nature of the Products
The Second Bag Boutique sells pre-owned and vintage designer items.
- By purchasing from our webshop, the customer acknowledges that:
- All items are second-hand unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Items may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use.
- Condition descriptions are provided carefully and in good faith.
Even items described as “excellent condition” are not comparable to new boutique items.
All items are sold in their existing condition.
Customers are encouraged to request additional information or photos before purchasing.
4. Authenticity & Brand Disclaimer
We guarantee that all items sold are authentic designer products.
The Second Bag Boutique is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any of the designer brands featured on this website.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
6. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
The purchase agreement is concluded once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:
- Obvious pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unavailability of the item
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the customer at the moment the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If the customer is a consumer residing within the European Union, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing at:

The item must then be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
Return conditions and refund procedures are described in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Second Bag Boutique shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profit or business
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs-related charges or delays
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, images, branding, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of The Second Bag Boutique.
Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
