The Second Bag Boutique
Vintage & Pre-Loved Items
What Does “Vintage” Mean at The Second Bag Boutique
At The Second Bag Boutique, we specialise exclusively in authentic luxury designer items that deserve a second life.
Our collection consists of pre-loved and vintage items. These are second-hand pieces that may have existed for many years and can therefore show signs of previous use. It is precisely this history that makes each item unique — no two items are ever identical.
We strive to present every product as honestly and accurately as possible, with clear photographs and detailed descriptions, so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Authenticity
All items sold by The Second Bag Boutique are 100% authentic.
Each item is carefully inspected and authenticated prior to sale by our experienced team. Where applicable, items are verified using Entrupy® authentication technology and are accompanied by an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity.
This certificate confirms that the item has been examined and verified as authentic at the time of inspection and sale.
Condition of Vintage Items
Our items are pre-owned and often decades old. As a result, they may show signs of wear or minor imperfections. These characteristics are always described as clearly as possible in the product description and shown in the accompanying photographs.
Such signs of use are inherent to vintage and pre-loved items and are not considered defects, but rather part of the item’s history and character.
Warranty Policy
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned luxury items, The Second Bag Boutique does not offer a warranty on future condition, performance, or lifespan of any product.
Normal wear, aging, or damage that occurs after purchase and use is considered expected and does not fall under warranty.
What Is Not Covered by Warranty
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Signs of previous use or age-related wear
- Minor imperfections disclosed in the product description or visible in photographs
- Damage, wear, or defects occurring after delivery or use
- Natural deterioration due to age or material sensitivity
These characteristics do not constitute defects, but are part of the unique nature of vintage items.
